LARRY RICHARDSON - Founder, Chairman of the Board and CEO. Practicing Electrical Engineer with over 35 years experience in the design, engineering, and project management of major domestic and international infrastructure projects, product development and business management. Previously CEO of Arroyo Wireless Corp., CEO of Telecellular, Inc., COO of Telemax Communications, and President of Compass Rose Corporation. As a protégé of Germany's most renown wind energy expert (Professor and Engineer Günter Wagner), Larry entered, and has worked in the wind energy industry since 2002 designing utility-scale wind energy projects for potential investors and entrepreneurs. Currently a Ph.D. student in Engineering Management, he holds a Masters degree in Systems Analysis & Design from Webster University of St. Louis, MO and a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of New York at Albany. Certified Master Engineer with the National Association of Radio and Telecommunications Engineers and 23 year member of the IEEE.
GERARD (GERRY) W. KENNEDY – Executive Vice President for Strategic and Corporate Development. He brings 33 years of communications technical and executive leadership to WindΣrgy Σólica International, LLC. Gerry held various leadership positions in Bechtel including VP Business Development for North America, VP & General Manager Telecommunications Latin American Region, VP PR and Government Relations, and VP Marketing, Strategy & Global Business Development, was a member of the Steering Committee of the Institute of the Americas, and served on the Advisory Board of Bechtel-Metodo Telecomunicações do Brasil. Kennedy was elected to an officer position in 1999, and elected as a Principal Vice President in 2000. His technical expertise spans a variety of disciplines such as: infrastructure engineering & construction, power engineering, and disaster recovery. He graduated from Loyola College with a degree in Business Administration.
JOSEPH CORMICAN – Vice President for Manufacturing Operations. Seasoned production management professional and Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineer with over 30 years of plant operations management and oversight experience in various Fortune 500 companies in the fields of product development, production, prototyping, and new product launch in both military and commercial programs. Key figure in the startup of the Sperry Flight Systems and Sennheiser plants, and the facility expansion at United Desiccants in New Mexico. His process improvement methodologies contributed greatly to the top-line growth and improvement in bottom line earnings at Sunstrand Corporation and Honeywell Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Tool & Manufacturing with a minor in Mechanical Engineering from Midwestern College & Indiana Institute of Technology, Ft. Wayne, Indiana, and is a member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME).
DANIEL MORA – Vice President for Business Development. Over 35 years experience in providing executive and development services for commercial and defense related international and domestic corporations, including international risk management and risk analysis. He founded DLM Consulting Inc, a firm specializing in Latin American Business, Marketing and Security, and identification of international funding opportunities.He has represented US based telecommunication companies and helped obtain telecommunications carrier agreements with two different Central American countries, each with an estimated value of several million dollars a year. He holds a Masters Degree in Latin American Studies from The University of Texas, Austin, Texas; a Bachelors Degree in Business from Texas Christian University, Fort Worth, Texas; and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Florida State University, Tallahassee, Florida.

GERALD EPPNER - Corporate Counsel and Board Member. Currently, Mr. Eppner, who practiced law in New York City as his primary career for more than 40 years, conducts business through Eppner Consulting, a financial consulting concern whose principal clients include Emeritus; WindΣrgy Σólica International, LLC; an undersea resort developer; a consumer loan finance company, and a nutriceutical distribution enterprise. He is also a partner in a small venture capital firm and continues to provide legal services to a small number of select, long-time law clients.
Mr. Eppner engaged in private law practice in New York City continuously since early 1965 until he retired as a partner in Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP at the end of 2004 and as Senior Counsel to that firm at the end of 2005. He spent 2006 transitioning his legal practice in order to focus on his consulting business, serving in part as Counsel to the Corporate and Finance Department of Kaye Scholer LLP while doing so. Prior to coming to New York, Mr. Eppner was employed by the U.S. Government, first at the U.S. (DOD/DOC) Missile and Space Program (predecessor to NASA) as an engineer working on thermodynamic atmospheric reentry programs, then as a staff member of the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. At the SEC, he served as an examiner and attorney in the Division of Corporation Finance, then as a trial attorney in the Division of Corporate Regulation handling Investment Company Act and Investment Advisors Act cases, and subsequently as Legal Assistant to one of the Commissioners. He completed his career at the SEC as Legal Assistant to Chairman Manuel F. Cohen.
Mr. Eppner has served on Boards of Directors of several public and private companies. He received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 1959 and his Masters in Management Engineering from RPI in 1960. Mr. Eppner graduated with a Juris Doctor degree (with highest honors) George Washington Law School in 1963, where he was Editor of the Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif.
